Do you make a New Year’s Resolutions?
For me making a New Year's Resolutions is part of saying goodbye to the last year and starting the NEW with fresh and positive mind. Going over the year and thinking about what I want to do better at and what makes me happy. And the key is to keep the resolutions small and doable. I'm a sucker for things that helps you get your goals and all things that can make a positive changes in your life. I have been doing one second everyday video for almost 4 years now (link below), and it's priceless to be able to keep these memories.

101 things in 1001 days challenge, I'm half way with this challenge. What I like is that this is a 2,5 year challenge so it's not hanging over you but makes you go and do stuff you really want to do.
7 things challenge. Good challenge for those who wants to make a list of 7 things they want to do and stop doing in 2018.
This book My Bucket List has some good stories of people who made a big changes in their lives, (it's never to late!) and also some pages for you to fill out your own list.
