THREE CITIES, THREE COUNTRIES, THREE WOMEN.

We share what we love, like and dislike about our cities.  Everything from gallery openings to the best wine bars.

Do you make a New Year’s Resolutions?

For me making a New Year's Resolutions is part of saying goodbye to the last year and starting the NEW with fresh and positive mind. Going over the year and thinking about what I want to do better at and what makes me happy. And the key is to keep the resolutions small and doable. I'm a sucker for things that helps you get your goals and all things that can make a positive changes in your life. I have been doing one second everyday video for almost 4 years now (link below), and it's priceless to be able to keep these memories.

Here are some ideas for 2018 that are fun and will keep you busy if you like ...

101 things in 1001 days challenge, I'm half way with this challenge. What I like is that this is a 2,5 year challenge so it's not hanging over you but makes you go and do stuff you really want to do.

7 things challenge. Good challenge for those who wants to make a list of 7 things they want to do and stop doing in 2018.

Make a video with 1 second every day! I have done this for almost 4 years, here are one from 2014-2015, its so much fun to see all these memories.

This book My Bucket List has some good stories of people who made a big changes in their lives, (it's never to late!) and also some pages for you to fill out your own list.

For inspirations here are Bridget Jones Resolutions, "It all began with New Years Day ..."

Have a great New Years Eve!
