When your local coffehouse becomes your second home
While everyone is enjoying summer, these days, I’m stuck with my computer on my lap, as i’m writing my Master theses. With only one month left, my nerves are getting the best of me. I try to treat myself with good foot and coffee, every day, while I'm dragging the heavy words on to the Word-paper. I just discovered a new café, Kaffebiksen, where me and my laptop are spending all of our time. Kaffebiksen is doing the best job, surfing a delicious Avocado-sanwiches and Ice-coffee, as well as they make the best customised Cortado for me.
I took some pictures there, the other day. They have done a great job creating a cozy and cool surroundings, which is something I appreciate a lot. The space has a mixture of art deco style, where vintage sofa and a philodendron homeplant, garnish the floor, together with a more rough touch of industrial lamps and brick walls. The thoughtful choosen material, and the good balance of the raw and the softeness, gives the space a edge, yet a warmness in the room.
If you happend to be in Copenhagen and find yourselv taking a walk at Frederiksberg (Falkoner Alle 79), I recommend that you pay the place a visit and try their tasty Ice-coffe! And dont forget to say hi to me ;)
